As promised, this is the dressing I used to make my Chinese Chicken Salad. It is tasty, sweet, and with a hint of heat. Best dressing for Chinese chicken salad I have tried making from scratch so far. Ginger sesame dressing is really tasty and easy to make.
Ginger sesame dressing in a jar
Why are all of my dressing recipes shown in a glass jar? This is the best way I have found to transport my dressings to work. These have a rubber seal that keeps everything in, you can shake it to remix everything, and it is reusable. For a while, I was using empty water bottles. However, I got funny looks from people, as if my water went so bad that it turned a different color? In a glass jar, nobody questions it.
Lessons Learned:
- Honey is a great alternative, natural sweetener.
- Use an oil that doesn’t solidify in the fridge!
